Automatic Marker, Highlighter, and Whiteboard Marker Assembly Machine


This automatic assembly machine measures 2 x 1.5 x 1.5 meters and weighs 450 kg. It is equipped with a 2HP motor and is compatible with a three-phase 220/380V power supply, with a production capacity of 50-80 pieces per minute. It utilizes a Taiwanese speed controller, ABBA linear rails, and imported electronic components to ensure precise and stable operation. Ink injection can be adjusted using an automatic caliper, making it simple and accurate. Each assembly step is monitored in real time, ensuring fully automated assembly.

Production Process:


After the pen body is moved to the tracking position, ink is injected into the cotton wick. The inked cotton wick is then inserted into the pen body, and a monitor verifies that the wick has been filled with ink. The back cover is then closed, and a monitor verifies that the back cover is correctly positioned. The pen tip is then inserted into the cotton wick, and a monitor verifies that the tip is correctly positioned. The front cover is then closed, and a monitor verifies that the front cover is correctly positioned, completing the entire assembly process.
