This watercolor pen automatic assembly machine utilizes a Taiwan-made speed controller, equipped with ABBA, linear rails, and imported electronic components. The entire machine (dimensions: 200 × 150 × 150 cm) weighs 450 kg. Five rocking plates transport the pen body, cotton wick, back cap, front cap, and pen tip to the rails, ensuring tight, stable operation and smooth coordination of all components.
Equipped with a 2HP motor and compatible with three-phase 220/380V power, it boasts a production capacity of 50-80 pieces per minute. Ink injection is easily and accurately adjusted using an automatic caliper, and each assembly step is monitored by a monitor to ensure product quality.
Fully automatic watercolor pen assembly machine + Taiwan-made speed controller + 50-80 watercolor pens/minute.
After the pen body is moved to the tracking position, ink is injected into the cotton wick. The inked cotton wick is then inserted into the pen body. A monitor checks the ink filling status of the wick. The back cover is closed, and the monitor verifies the correct position of the back cover. The pen tip is then inserted into the cotton wick, and the monitor verifies the tip position. The front cover is closed, and the monitor verifies the position of the front cover, completing the entire assembly process.
Completely automated assembly, with a high degree of automation and convenient operation, effectively reduces manual intervention.
