This direct liquid assembly machine is designed specifically for the automated assembly of fountain pens. It utilizes a Taiwanese speed regulator, ABBA linear guides, and a full suite of imported electrical components. Two hoppers and three vibrating plates convey the five components of the fountain pen, enabling fully automated assembly. Factory direct sales ensure market-proven quality and guaranteed production capacity, with a maximum capacity of 60-90 pens per minute.
Fully Automatic Direct Liquid Assembly Machine + Multiple Hoppers and Vibrating Plate Feeding + 60-90 Pens/Minute
After the machine is started, the pen body is first fed onto the assembly track. The cotton wick is then loaded into the pen body via the corresponding feeding device. The back cover is then placed on the pen body with the cotton wick installed. An electronic eye verifies that the back cover is securely in place. An adjustable pneumatic syringe then injects ink into the wick. A micrometer caliper adjusts the ink level. An electronic eye verifies that the inserted wick contains ink. Next, the pen tip is inserted into the pen body. An electronic eye verifies that the tip is securely inserted. The front cover is then replaced. Finally, an electronic eye verifies that the front cover is securely in place, completing the entire assembly process.
Easy to operate, the operator simply places the five fountain pen accessories into the corresponding hoppers and vibrating plates, checks that all components are functioning properly, and then starts the machine. The machine then automatically completes the entire process, from pen body feeding, accessory assembly, to inspection at each stage.
