This automatic assembly machine is used for fully automated assembly of double-ended marker pens. It utilizes a Taiwan-made speed regulator, equipped with ABBA linear rails and imported electronic components, ensuring precise and stable operation. Ink injection can be adjusted using an automatic caliper, making it simple and accurate. Each assembly step is monitored in real time, enabling fully automated assembly with a production capacity of 50-80 pens/minute.

After the pen body is moved to the tracking position, ink is injected into the cotton wick. The inked cotton wick is then inserted into the pen body, and a monitor verifies that the wick is filled with ink. The pen tip is then inserted into the wick, and a monitor verifies that the tip is correctly positioned. The cap is then closed, and a monitor verifies that the cap is correctly positioned. This process is repeated to complete the assembly of the double-ended marker pen.
Completely automated assembly with a high degree of automation and convenient operation. No complex operating skills are required. Only a small number of personnel are required for raw material replenishment and daily equipment inspections, effectively reducing labor costs.
