This ultrasonic automatic welding and assembly machine is used for assembling draw tube pens (highlighters). It consists of a touch screen electrical box, a vibrating plate for the pen cap, nib, and back plug, a wick hopper for the pen barrel, a cylinder mechanism, and a mechanical transmission mechanism.
The machine measures 280x100x130cm, weighs 1200kg, and has a power output of 1.5kW. It is compatible with a three-phase 220V/380V power supply and has a production capacity of 80-100 pens per minute.
The machine operates stably, utilizes a speed control system, a full set of imported electrical appliances, and a PLC control system. Each assembly step is monitored by an electric eye, ensuring a precise and reliable assembly process, achieving fully automated assembly.

After raw materials are placed in the hoppers, the pen barrels are unloaded via a pneumatic cylinder and conveyed to the designated location, where they are pressurized, plugged, and ultrasonically welded. Next, the ink-filling cotton wick is placed into the barrel, followed by ultrasonic welding of the nib. The nib is then pressurized into the nib, and the back cover is installed, completing the entire draw-tube pen assembly process.
Simply place the raw materials into the hoppers and set the relevant parameters. The equipment will then automatically complete the entire process, including unloading, welding, and assembly. This eliminates the need for manual intervention and effectively reduces labor costs.
