This small marker pen automatic assembly machine utilizes a Taiwan speed controller, ABBA linear guides, and a full set of imported electrical appliances. The complete machine (dimensions: 250×150×150cm) weighs 600kg. Equipped with a 2.5HP power supply and compatible with a three-phase 380V power supply, it boasts a production capacity of 40-50 pens/minute.
The machine automatically feeds the eight small marker pen components onto the loading rails via a hopper and vibrating plate. The mechanical transmission is tight, stable, and reliable. All assembly operations are performed automatically, and each step is monitored by a camera to ensure product quality.

After the pen barrel is fed into the assembly track, ink is injected into the cotton wick. The filled wick is then inserted into the pen body. An electronic sensor detects whether the inserted wick contains ink. The wicked barrel is then fitted with the large nib cap. The small and large nibs are then inserted into the barrel, one by one. An electronic sensor detects whether the large nib is securely inserted. Finally, the large nib cap is installed. An electronic sensor detects whether the cap is securely in place. This completes the assembly process.
Fully automated assembly eliminates the need for complex manual operations, minimizing human intervention and facilitating efficient production.
