This semi-automatic crayon molding machine consists of a square molding mold, cooling system, and ejector mechanism. The entire machine adopts a modular structure (dimensions: 310×265×165cm) and weighs 350kg. Its sturdy construction ensures vibration-free operation for long periods of time.
Providing industrial-grade durability, the molding mold is made of high-quality copper, resistant to high temperatures and wax corrosion. Equipped with a 3HP high-power oil pump and compatible with the global industrial standard 3-phase 380V power supply, it can produce 960 crayons per plate, with output adjustable according to the desired crayon quantity. Equipped with a 100mm diameter oil cylinder and 70x70mm square guide posts, it operates precisely and stably, minimizing crayon molding deviation. Four adjustable screws on the bottom allow for flexible fine-tuning of crayon length (60-120mm) and customizable crayon diameters from 6-15mm to meet diverse production needs.
