This oil pastel forming machine is an automated device used to form oil pastels of various sizes (round, triangular, hexagonal, octagonal, etc.). It consists of a mixer, a raw material drum, a feed mechanism, a forming die, a pen ejector mechanism, and a finished product collection system. The machine measures 200 × 160 × 190 cm and weighs 800 kg. It is equipped with a 2HP motor (excluding the heating element), is compatible with a three-phase 380V power supply, and uses a Taiwanese/Japanese PLC. Its production capacity can reach 150-200 sticks per minute.
The forming die is made of copper, which is resistant to high temperatures and wax corrosion. The raw material drum is constructed of three-layer stainless steel, with steam or heat transfer oil flowing through the inner chamber and asbestos insulation outside, effectively ensuring stable raw material processing. The machine can be customized with molds to produce oil pastels with lengths of 50-80 mm. Simply add the raw materials to the drum and automated production begins.

Raw materials are placed in a barrel, blended uniformly by a stirrer, and then fed into a forming mold. After cooling and solidification, the oil pastels are ejected by a pen-like mechanism and then conveyed to the finished product collection area via a conveyor belt.
Easy to operate, requiring no complex manual intervention. Simply set the parameters and add the raw materials. The machine automatically completes the mixing, feeding, molding, ejection, and finished product collection processes. A small number of personnel can monitor the equipment and replenish raw materials.
