This semi-automatic oil pastel forming machine consists of a square forming mold, cooling device, and ejector mechanism. The entire machine adopts a modular design (dimensions: 310 × 265 × 165 cm) and weighs 350 kg. The sturdy body ensures zero vibration during long-term operation and is equipped with a temperature sensor.
Providing industrial-grade durability, the forming mold is made of high-quality copper, resistant to high temperatures and wax corrosion. Equipped with a 3HP high-power oil pump and compatible with the global industrial standard 3-phase 380V power supply, it can produce 960 crayons per plate, and output can be adjusted according to the required crayon quantity. Custom oil pastel forming molds can also be used to meet different size requirements.
