Automatic Laminating Machine

This automatic laminating machine is suitable for laminating watercolor pens. Its dimensions are 330x90x150cm, it weighs 800kg, and has a production capacity of up to 80 pens/minute. It has a power draw of 3500W (excluding the tunnel furnace, which draws 4800W) and is compatible with a three-phase 380V power supply.

The machine's main components are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, while all other steel parts are chrome-plated for rust resistance and durability, ensuring long-term stable operation. It uses a vibrating plate for unloading and an electric eye to detect incoming material. It automatically shuts down when material is low, ensuring smooth production.

Production Process:

After adding the raw material, the material is unloaded via a vibrating plate. An electric eye detects the incoming material. A push mechanism then applies the film to the pens. The pens are then transferred to a heating furnace where the film shrinks due to heat, completing the entire laminating process.
