Production Process:


After the machine is started, the vibrating plate automatically unloads cotton cores, which are then fed into a slide rail in an orderly manner. Simultaneously, the hopper unloads the water core. When both reach the designated position, the imported electrical appliances and the pneumatic cylinder mechanism precisely operate to thread the water core into the cotton core, completing the entire threading process.
