Counting Machine

This counting machine is suitable for precise counting of pen refills, toys, and other items. The entire machine is primarily constructed of stainless steel, with other steel parts chrome-plated for rust resistance and durability. It can withstand humid and dusty workshop environments, extending the machine's service life.

The machine utilizes aperture sensing technology for precise counting, allowing for flexible adjustment of the count quantity based on production needs. Factory direct sales and extensive market testing have proven its reliable performance with a counting error rate of less than 0.5%.

Type:

Fully Automatic Counting Machine + Aperture Sensor Counting + Adjustable Counting

Production Process:

Workpieces to be counted are placed in the hopper. After the machine is started, the inclined track vibrates, transporting the workpieces upward in an orderly manner. Once they reach the set height, they drop down through a fixed device, passing through the aperture detection area.

The aperture sensing system records the number of workpieces in real time. When the preset number of workpieces is reached, the machine automatically pauses. After the operator removes the counted workpieces, the machine can restart and continue counting.

Advantages:

  1. Utilizing aperture sensor counting technology, it accurately counts small workpieces of varying materials and shapes, reducing manual counting errors.
  2. It supports a wide range of adjustable counts, meeting various batch counting needs and offering high flexibility.
  3. Factory direct sales guarantee market-proven product quality, with prompt after-sales response and on-site repair service.
  4. The device is compact and lightweight, taking up minimal space, allowing for flexible placement within the workshop without disrupting other equipment.

Operation:

Operation is simple. Workers simply place the workpieces to be counted into the hopper, set the desired count, and start the device. It automatically completes the loading, conveying, and counting processes, pausing automatically when the set count is reached. The operator has a low barrier to entry, allowing new employees to begin operation after a brief training session.
