Crayon Prototyping Machine

This crayon prototyping machine is suitable for small-scale crayon production, such as making prototypes and conducting trials. Measuring 80x80x90cm and weighing 90kg, it draws 1kW of power and operates on a single-phase 220V power supply. It can produce crayons in sizes ranging from Φ8×90, Φ11×100, Φ14×110, and Φ8×60 (flat tip).

The machine is primarily constructed of stainless steel, with other steel parts chrome-plated for rust resistance, durability, and high-temperature corrosion resistance. The machine is equipped with a cooling water system to provide a stable cooling environment for the crayon molding process.

Production Process:

The melted wax is added to the machine. After cooling through the mold, the molded crayons are ejected by a pen ejector mechanism, making operation convenient and efficient.
