Pencil Packaging Machine

This pencil packaging machine is designed specifically for automatic pencil packaging. Equipped with 12 hoppers capable of simultaneous unloading, it utilizes both roller and suction unloading methods. It features a chain conveyor and pneumatic cylinder drive for fully automatic packaging. Factory direct sales ensure market-proven product quality.

Type:

Fully Automatic Pencil Packaging Machine + Roller Unloading (hoppers can be customized based on pencil packaging quantity)

Production Process:

A mechanical suction cup unloads the packaging carton. The carton is then monitored by an aperture and conveyed to the chain conveyor. Meanwhile, pencils are unloaded from the hopper rollers and conveyed to a slide rail. A pusher detects whether the pencils are sufficient. When the required number is reached, the pencils are pushed from the slide rail into the packaging box. The packed box is then transferred to the conveyor, completing the packaging process.

Advantages:

  1. Utilizing roller unloading, 12 hoppers can unload materials simultaneously, significantly improving unloading efficiency and meeting batch packaging needs.
  2. Equipped with an aperture to detect when a box has been unloaded, and a pusher to sense the correct number of pencils, this dual-detection system ensures packaging quality and reduces errors.
  3. Fully automatic packaging requires only manual loading, saving significant labor costs and reducing errors caused by manual operation.
  4. Factory direct sales guarantee market-proven product quality, with prompt after-sales response and on-site repair services, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
  5. Utilizing a chain conveyor and pneumatic drive, the system provides stable and reliable operation, ensuring an orderly packaging process and extending the equipment's service life.

Operation:

Operation is simple. Operators simply add pencils and packaging cartons to the hopper. Once the machine is turned on, it automatically completes the entire process, including unloading cartons, inspection, unloading pencils, sensing the number of pencils, pushing them into the packaging, and conveying them. No complex operations are required; all that is required is monitoring the machine's operating status.
