Water-Based Clay Packaging Machine

This automated machine is used for packaging water-based clay. Dimensions are 350 x 150 x 200 cm, and it weighs 380 kg. It's equipped with a 3HP motor and is compatible with a three-phase 220V/380V power supply. It has a production capacity of up to 15 pieces per minute and is suitable for packaging products weighing 1 to 5 ounces.

The machine utilizes a Taiwanese motor, an Italian Haitec gearbox, and a full suite of imported electrical and pneumatic components to ensure stable and reliable operation. The clay hopper features a modular stainless steel structure and double-layer stainless steel rail guardrails, perfectly meeting production needs.

Production Process:

A stainless steel turntable transports the cups onto a conveyor belt, which then delivers them to the glue hopper. Two sets of UV sterilizers are installed on the conveyor track to disinfect the cups before and after filling. The cups are then filled with glue and passed through the capping area for a secure press. The entire process is completed automatically by the machine.
