Crayon Paper Rolling Machine


This crayon paper rolling machine features key components made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, while all other steel parts are chrome-plated for rust resistance and durability. It utilizes an imported continuously variable speed drive, imported pneumatic components, an anti-static paper feed belt, and a full suite of imported electrical appliances to ensure stable operation.


The machine measures 130x110x100cm and weighs 180kg. The oil pump has a power rating of 600W and is compatible with a 3-phase 220V/380V power supply. It has a production capacity of 100-150 crayons per minute and can be customized to accommodate crayons with diameters ranging from 6 to 15mm and lengths from 60 to 120mm, depending on the mold.

Production Process:


A conveyor belt pulls the paper over the glue roller, applying glue to the label paper. The tape then transfers the paper to the outlet. A sensor senses when the crayon and label paper meet on the rear cylinder. The outlet is equipped with a pneumatic locator to ensure a smooth rollout. Rotating iron rollers drive the conveyor belt to roll the paper, ensuring a firm roll and ultimately producing standard, uniform crayons.
