Automatic Assembly Machine for Marker Pen, Highlighter & Whiteboard Pen

This automatic assembly machine adopts a Taiwan governor combination and ABBA linear guide rail, matched with imported electronic components, to realize the fully automatic assembly of marker pens, highlighters and whiteboard pens, with accurate and stable operation.

Scope of Application

Suitable for large-scale assembly of marker pens, highlighters and whiteboard pens, covering the whole processes of cotton wick ink injection, back cover installation, nib insertion and front cover closing, with a production capacity of 50-80 pieces per minute, supporting customized assembly of different types of pens.

Production Process

After the pen body is transported to the designated assembly position, ink is automatically injected into the cotton wick and then loaded into the pen body, and the monitor detects the ink injection of the cotton wick. Then the back cover is closed and the position accuracy is detected. After inserting the nib into the cotton wick, the installation state is detected again. Finally, the front cover is closed and the final detection is completed, with the whole process flowing automatically.

The core transmission system is composed of Taiwan governor combination, ABBA linear guide rail and imported electronic components. The governor has overcurrent protection function to resist damage to the motor caused by voltage fluctuation. The linear guide rail cooperates with imported electrical appliances, the mechanical transmission is tight and reliable, reducing assembly jams, ensuring production continuity, extending service life and adapting to long-term mass production needs.

2.Precise Ink Control:

The ink injection volume is finely adjusted by an automatic caliper, combined with a monitor to observe the ink injection state in real time. Through the double guarantee of mechanical structure and electronic monitoring, the defective products caused by ink problems are reduced, and the product use experience is improved.

Adopt a fully automatic assembly process, each link is closely matched through the mechanical structure to form a coherent production line.
