Automatic Assembly Machine for Small Marker Pen

This automatic assembly machine for small marker pens is designed for assembling small marker pens. It adopts a Taiwan governor combination, ABBA linear guide rail and a full set of imported electrical appliances, realizing automatic feeding of multiple accessories through hoppers and vibrating plates, with both assembly accuracy and efficiency.

Scope of Application

Specially designed for the assembly of small marker pens, it can automatically complete the orderly assembly of 8 kinds of accessories, with a production capacity of 40-50 pieces per minute, suitable for large-scale production of small marker pens, replacing manual assembly and improving production efficiency.

Production Process

8 kinds of accessories are automatically transported to the pen assembly guide rail through hoppers and vibrating plates respectively. After the pen tube is in place, ink is automatically injected into the cotton wick and then loaded into the pen body, and the electric eye detects the ink volume of the cotton wick. Then the large nib sleeve, small nib and large nib are assembled in turn. After the electric eye detects the installation accuracy, the large nib cover is closed and the final detection is completed, with the whole assembly process completed automatically.

Technical Improvements

1.Stable Transmission:

The ABBA linear guide rail is matched with imported electrical appliances to reduce the difference in static and dynamic friction coefficients. Combined with the imported precision servo motor drive, the mechanical transmission is tight and reliable, ensuring production continuity.

2.Precise Detection:

Each assembly action is monitored in real time by an electric eye, which quickly identifies accessory installation deviations, missing installations and other problems, and triggers the rejection mechanism in time to ensure product qualification rate and avoid unqualified products flowing into subsequent links.

3.Automatic Feeding:

8 kinds of accessories are fed separately through independent hoppers and vibrating plates. The vibrating plate has a built-in spiral guide rail and sorting mechanism, which transports the accessories to the pen assembly guide rail in a unified posture in a directional manner, ensuring orderly transportation and improving assembly efficiency.
