This fully automatic straight liquid pen assembly machine is used for automatic assembly of fountain pens. It adopts a Taiwan governor combination, ABBA linear guide rail and a full set of imported electrical appliances, realizes synchronous feeding of multiple accessories through multiple hoppers and vibrating plates, and realizes automatic assembly.

Scope of Application

Used for large-scale assembly of fountain pens, covering the whole processes of conveying, assembly, ink injection and detection of 5 kinds of accessories, with a production capacity of 60-90 pieces per minute, suitable for fountain pen mass production needs.

Production Process

After the pen body is sent to the assembly guide rail, the feeding device loads the cotton wick and closes the back cover, the electric eye detects whether the back cover is in place. The adjustable pneumatic syringe injects ink (the ink injection volume is adjusted by a micrometer), the electric eye detects the ink volume of the cotton wick. Insert the nib and detect whether it is in place, cover the front cover and detect it through the electric eye to complete the entire assembly process.

1.Precise & Efficient:

Five kinds of accessories of the fountain pen are transported respectively through two hoppers and three vibrating plates, each feeding device runs synchronously according to the preset time sequence, and accurately transports the accessories to the assembly guide rail, realizing synchronous and orderly feeding of multiple accessories, reducing assembly waiting time and improving production efficiency.

2.Precise Ink Injection:

Adopt an adjustable pneumatic syringe to inject ink, matched with a micrometer to adjust the ink injection volume. The adjustable pneumatic syringe has stable injection pressure, and the micrometer has high adjustment accuracy. The two cooperate to accurately control the ink injection volume, meet the ink supply needs of different types of fountain pens, and avoid excessive ink leakage or insufficient ink breakage.

3.Strict Quality Control:

Each action is monitored by an electric eye after completion, accurately detecting key links such as whether the back cover is closed in place, whether the cotton wick is sufficiently injected with ink, whether the nib is inserted in place, and whether the front cover is closed well, strictly controlling the quality of each link and ensuring the qualification rate of finished products.
