This ultrasonic automatic welding and assembly machine is used for the fully automatic assembly of retractable pens (highlighters). It adopts a speed regulation combination, a full set of imported electrical appliances and a PLC control system, consisting of a touch screen electric box, vibrating plates for pen caps, nibs, rear plugs, etc., a pen holder cotton wick hopper, a cylinder mechanism, a mechanical transmission mechanism, etc.
Used for the assembly of retractable pens (highlighters), covering the whole processes of rear plug welding, cotton wick assembly, pen mouth welding, nib installation and back cover closing, with a production capacity of 80-100 pieces per minute, suitable for large-scale production of retractable pens.
After putting the raw materials into each hopper, the cylinder transmission realizes the accurate blanking of the pen tube, which is transported to the designated position and then the rear plug is pressed and ultrasonically welded. Then the ink-injected cotton wick is loaded, the pen mouth is ultrasonically welded, the nib is pressed into the pen mouth, and finally the back cover is closed to complete the entire assembly process.
Each assembly link is detected in real time by an electric eye to accurately identify parameters such as part installation position and welding strength. If deviations are found, the adjustment mechanism is triggered immediately to ensure the installation accuracy of each part and improve product qualification rate.
The core drive unit is composed of a speed regulation combination, a full set of imported electrical appliances and a PLC control system. High-quality electrical components and precise program control reduce equipment failures during operation, ensure production continuity and avoid production line stagnation caused by equipment failures.
Equipped with a touch screen electric box, all production parameters can be set and adjusted through the touch screen. The production process displays equipment running status, production capacity, fault prompts and other information in real time, which is convenient for operators to monitor the production process and improve operation experience.
