This automatic crayon molding machine is an independently developed product of our company, which won the 2011 Utility Model Patent and 2013 Invention Patent. It is used for fully automatic crayon production, equipped with a PLC control system, integrating automatic mechanisms such as cooling cycle, pen-ejecting, pen-clamping and material-collecting, with both production efficiency and stability.
Suitable for large-scale crayon molding mass production. It can customize molds according to product specifications, and automatically complete the whole process of raw material melting, injection, molding and material-collecting, with a stable output of 500-600 pieces per minute, greatly reducing labor dependence.
Add raw material wax into the raw material barrel, melt it through the heating and stirring device, inject it into the disc mold through the conveying system, quickly cool the wax to solidify and form through the cooling cycle mechanism. After the pen-ejecting mechanism ejects the crayons, the pen-clamping mechanism arranges them neatly, and then conveys them to the finished product area through the collecting belt.
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and serious raw material waste of traditional equipment, the equipment is equipped with an adjustable temperature control module, which can accurately control the melting temperature of raw materials and avoid energy loss caused by overheating. At the same time, a material recovery and circulation system is added, which can collect the wax leaked from the mold and re-melt it for reuse, greatly reducing raw material waste.
To improve the long-term operation stability and durability of the equipment, the molding cavity adopts a high-quality copper inlaid structure, which not only has excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance, but also is easy to disassemble and replace later. Combined with a 4000W high-power motor, the automatic process runs continuously, realizing zero interruption during long-time operation and meeting the needs of large-scale mass production.
