This semi-automatic crayon molding machine is designed for crayon production. It adopts a modular structure design, with molding dies made of high-quality copper through precision casting technology, and is equipped with 70x70mm square guide pillars. Optimized for industrial-grade durability, it can operate stably for a long time.

Scope of Application

Mainly used for crayon molding production. It can customize crayons with a diameter of 6-15mm and a length of 60-120mm, with an output of 960 pieces per board. The output can be adjusted according to needs, which can replace a large number of manual molding work and meet diversified production requirements.

Production Process

Pour the melted raw material wax into the customized molding die, quickly solidify the wax through the cooling device, start the pen-ejecting structure, and smoothly eject the molded crayon with the precise transmission of the oil cylinder with a bore diameter of 100mm and the 70x70mm square guide pillar, ensuring the product has a regular shape without burrs.

1.Rust Prevention & Durability:

Aiming at the problem that traditional molds are susceptible to wax corrosion and the service life is affected by machine vibration, the molding die is integrally formed of high-quality copper, and its surface is chrome-plated to enhance corrosion resistance, which can resist long-term erosion of high-temperature wax. The whole machine adopts a solid cast iron frame design, which effectively offsets the vibration during operation, ensures zero vibration during long-term operation, and has a service life of up to 20 years.

2.Precise Control:

The equipment is equipped with four adjustable screw rods, which can flexibly fine-tune the length of crayons. At the same time, it is matched with the transmission combination of high-precision guide pillars and oil cylinders to reduce deviations during the molding process, and greatly improve the consistency of the specifications of the produced crayons.

3.Power Adaptability:

Considering the differences in the power configuration of different workshops, the equipment is equipped with a 3HP high-power oil pump, which is compatible with the global industrial standard 3-phase 380V power supply, with strong versatility and meeting the power configuration needs of different workshops.
