This fully automatic oil pastel molding machine is an independently developed product of our company, which won the 2008 Utility Model Patent and Appearance Design Patent. It is used for molding oil pastels of various specifications, consisting of a mixer, raw material barrel, feeding mechanism, molding die, pen-ejecting mechanism, finished product collecting part, etc.

Scope of Application

It can mold oil pastels of various specifications such as round, triangle, hexagon and octagon, support customized products with a length of 50-80mm, with a production capacity of 150-200 pieces per minute, suitable for large-scale oil pastel production needs.

Production Process

Put the raw materials into the three-layer stainless steel raw material barrel, mix them evenly through the mixer, the feeding mechanism accurately transports the raw materials to the copper molding die, after cooling and solidification, the pen-ejecting mechanism ejects the oil pastels, and then conveys them to the finished product collecting area through the conveyor belt, with no manual intervention required in the whole process.

Technical Improvements

1.Precise Temperature Control:

The raw material barrel adopts a three-layer structure design, the inner cavity is heated by steam or heat transfer oil, the outer cavity is wrapped with thermal insulation asbestos to reduce heat loss, and it is equipped with an adjustable temperature control system to accurately control the temperature of raw materials, ensure uniform melting of raw materials, guarantee molding effect and realize energy saving and consumption reduction.

2.Durable & Corrosion Resistant:

The molding die is made of high-quality copper material. Copper itself has good high temperature resistance and raw material corrosion resistance, extending the service life of the die and reducing die replacement costs.

3.Intelligent & Controllable:

Equipped with a PLC system to monitor key production parameters such as mixing speed, feeding volume and cooling temperature in real time. All mechanisms cooperate with each other through the PLC system to realize automatic linkage of mixing, feeding, molding and other links, enhance the controllability of the production process and ensure the consistency of product quality.
