Scope of Application

Used for oil pastel molding production, it can meet the needs of different size requirements through customized molds, with an output of 960 pieces per board. The output can be adjusted according to needs, suitable for oil pastel mass production and customized production needs.

Production Process

Pour the melted raw material wax into the molding die, cool and solidify it through the customized mold, the temperature detection function monitors the cooling state in real time to ensure the molding effect, and start the mechanical pen-ejecting structure to smoothly eject the oil pastels.
