This automatic film wrapping machine is an independently developed product of our company, which has won the 2008 Utility Model Patent, Appearance Design Patent and 2010 Invention Patent successively. It is used for automatic film wrapping of watercolor pens. The main accessories are made of stainless steel or alloy aluminum, other steel parts are chrome-plated, with rust prevention and durability.

Scope of Application

Used for automatic film wrapping of watercolor pens, with a production capacity of 80 pieces per minute, which can complete the whole processes of blanking, film wrapping and heating shrinkage, suitable for watercolor pen batch production film wrapping needs.

Production Process

After adding raw materials, the vibrating plate realizes orderly blanking, the electric eye detects the feeding situation, the pushing device wraps the pen with film and then transports it to the heating furnace, and the film layer is closely attached to the pen body through heating shrinkage. When raw materials are insufficient, the equipment automatically stops to ensure orderly production.

The main accessories are made of stainless steel or alloy aluminum, other steel parts are all chrome-plated. Stainless steel, alloy aluminum and chrome plating have good rust and corrosion resistance, resist the influence of environmental factors such as workshop humidity and dust, and ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

2.Intelligent Control:

Adopt electric eye to detect the feeding state, automatically trigger the shutdown mechanism when insufficient raw materials are detected, reduce invalid operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure orderly feeding to avoid jamming caused by multiple watercolor pens entering the film wrapping link at the same time.

3.Strong Adaptability:

The parameters of the pushing device, film wrapping mechanism and heating furnace of the equipment are all optimized for the external dimensions of watercolor pens. During the film wrapping process, the film layer accurately wraps the watercolor pen, and after heating shrinkage in the heating furnace, the film layer is closely attached to the pen body without wrinkles or bubbles, ensuring product appearance quality.
