Production Process

Pour the workpieces to be counted into the hopper, the inclined crawler transports the workpieces upward in an orderly manner through shaking. After reaching the set height, the workpieces fall down one by one through the fixing device. When passing through the aperture detection area, the aperture induction system records the quantity in real time. When the preset counting value is reached, the equipment automatically pauses. After the staff takes down the counted workpieces, the equipment can be restarted to continue counting.
