Add the melted raw material wax into the machine, cool and form it through the customized mold. The cooling water function provides a stable cooling environment for crayon molding. After molding, the pen-ejecting structure automatically ejects the crayons to quickly complete the sample production.
Equipped with customized molds of multiple specifications, it can mold crayons of various specifications at the same time, and different size samples can be obtained at one time without changing molds, improving the efficiency of testing and sampling and shortening the product research and development cycle.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel, other steel parts are chrome-plated. Stainless steel and chrome-plated materials have good high temperature and corrosion resistance, adapt to the complex working conditions during sampling, avoid damage to the equipment due to long-term contact with high-temperature wax, and extend service life.
