Production Process

Add nibs and pen heads into the corresponding hoppers respectively, the vibrating plate feeds them separately, the aperture induction device detects the blanking situation in real time, after ensuring that the materials are in place, the cylinder pushing device accurately pushes the nib into the pen head, and the assembled finished product automatically falls into the collecting hopper with the inclined design of the equipment.

Adopt the combination of vibrating plate blanking and aperture induction detection. The vibrating plate transports the nibs and pen heads respectively in a unified posture in an orderly manner, the aperture induction device detects whether the materials are in place in real time. Only when both of them reach the designated position, the cylinder pushing device starts the assembly action, reducing invalid operations and improving production efficiency.
