This fully automatic refill machine is used for the automated assembly of neutral pen refills. It is mainly made of stainless steel with chrome-plated parts, adopting ABBA linear guide rails and a full set of imported electrical components, and has stable and reliable performance.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for the large-scale assembly of neutral pen refills, covering the entire processes of ink injection, connector assembly, nib installation and silicone oil sealing, and meets the mass production needs of neutral pen refills.

Production Process

After the pen tube is sent to the assembly rail, the electric eye detects the presence of the pen tube. After confirmation, the adjustable pneumatic injector injects ink, and the electric eye detects the ink volume. Then the connector is installed and its positioning is checked. Next, the nib is inserted and its installation accuracy is confirmed. Finally, silicone oil is injected for sealing and detected by the electric eye to complete the entire assembly process.

Technical Improvements

1.Precise Ink Injection:

It adopts an adjustable pneumatic injector for ink injection, matched with a micrometer to adjust the ink injection volume. The adjustable pneumatic injector has stable injection pressure, and the micrometer has high adjustment accuracy, which can accurately control the ink injection volume of refills of different specifications to meet diversified production needs.

2.Stable and Durable:

It adopts ABBA linear guide rails and a full set of imported electrical components. The linear guide rails feature stable transmission and low friction coefficient, reducing wear during operation. The imported electrical components have stable performance and low failure rate, ensuring equipment durability and extending service life from the hardware level.

3.Strict Quality Control:

Each step is monitored by an electric eye after completion. From pen tube feeding and ink injection to connector assembly, nib installation and silicone oil sealing, every link is accurately detected by the electric eye, which can timely identify and reject unqualified products, effectively reducing the defective product rate and ensuring product quality.
