This crayon packing machine is an independently developed product of our company, which won the 2007 Utility Model Patent. It is used for automatic crayon boxing, mainly made of stainless steel, other steel parts are chrome-plated, integrating cylinder transmission, pushing, conveying and quantity detection devices.
Used for automatically loading crayons of different colors into paper boxes or plastic boxes, with a production capacity of 25-35 pieces per minute, which can be customized according to the number of crayon colors and packaging specifications, suitable for crayon mass production packaging needs.
Put crayons and packaging boxes into the hopper in advance. After starting the equipment, the transmission device accurately conveys the packaging boxes to the blanking position. The cylinder transmission realizes the orderly blanking of crayons. After the pushing device detects that the number of crayons meets the standard, it smoothly pushes them into the packaging boxes, and the packed products are sent out through the conveyor belt.
The whole machine is mainly made of stainless steel, other steel parts are chrome-plated. Stainless steel and chrome plating have good rust and corrosion resistance, adapt to the humid environment of the workshop, avoid rust and damage of the equipment due to long-term use, and extend the service life of the equipment.
Equipped with a special quantity detection device to monitor the number of crayons passing through in real time during the blanking process. When the number reaches the preset value, it immediately triggers the pushing device to push the crayons into the packaging box, ensuring the accurate number of crayons loaded into the box and guaranteeing product packaging quality.
Adopt a fully automatic boxing process, through the coordinated cooperation of cylinder transmission, pushing device and conveying device, realize the full automation of packaging box conveying, crayon blanking, quantity detection and pushing into the box, greatly improve packaging efficiency and reduce manual operation errors.
