This oil pastel packing machine is an independently developed product of our company, which won the 2016 Utility Model Patent and 2017 Invention Patent. It is used for automatic oil pastel boxing, mainly made of stainless steel, with other steel parts chrome-plated. It integrates a pen feeding chain, pen-ejecting mechanism, pen-clamping mechanism, cylinder mechanism and PLC control system, featuring high automation and stable operation.
It is used for automatically loading 12-36 color oil pastels of various specifications (such as triangle, hexagon, round) into paper boxes or plastic boxes, with a production capacity of 20-25 boxes per minute. It can be customized according to the number of oil pastel colors and packaging specifications, and is suitable for the packaging needs of large-scale oil pastel mass production.
Put oil pastels and packaging boxes into corresponding hoppers in advance. After starting the equipment, the transmission device accurately conveys the packaging boxes to the blanking position. The cylinder transmission realizes the orderly blanking of oil pastels. After the pushing device detects that the number of oil pastels meets the standard, it smoothly pushes them into the packaging boxes, and the whole process flows automatically.
The whole machine is mainly made of stainless steel, and other steel parts are chrome-plated, which have good rust and corrosion resistance. It can adapt to the humid environment of the workshop, avoid rust of the equipment after long-term use, extend the service life and reduce maintenance costs.
Equipped with a quantity detection system, it not only achieves precise counting, but also avoids mixing oil pastels of different colors, ensuring the accurate quantity and color matching of each box and guaranteeing the packaging qualification rate.
Adopt imported PLC control system and touch screen operation, which is simple and easy to use. The equipment can be linked with oil pastel molding machines and wrapping machines to form a continuous production line. Moreover, it operates with energy saving and low noise, improving the workshop working environment.
