Staple Packing Machine

This fully automatic staple packing machine is an independently developed product of our company, which won four 2018 Utility Model Patents. It is used for packaging staples of various specifications, consisting of a touch screen, electric eye detection, variable speed staple feeding belt, material box guide rail, cylinder mechanism, etc.

Scope of Application

Used for automatic packaging of staples of various specifications, covering the whole processes of blanking, pushing, cutting off, boxing and material collecting, with a production capacity of 25-30 boxes per minute, suitable for large-scale staple production packaging needs.

Production Process

The variable speed staple feeding belt realizes accurate blanking of staples, which are transported to the designated position and then pushed to both sides by the pushing device. The pre-folding plate cuts off the staples, then pushes them into the paper box to complete packaging, and the finished product is pushed out to the material collecting port. The whole process is monitored by electric eyes, and the equipment automatically stops and alarms when raw materials are insufficient.

Technical Improvements

1.Stable & Controllable:

Adopt modular device, a full set of imported electrical appliances and PLC control system. The variable speed staple feeding belt flexibly adjusts the feeding speed according to the packaging speed, combined with the guiding function of the material box guide rail to ensure accurate blanking of staples. The PLC control system centrally controls the entire packaging process to realize coordinated and consistent actions of each link and stable operation.

2.Easy Operation:

Equipped with a touch screen, operators set packaging parameters and view production status through the touch screen. The electric eye detection device monitors the production process in real time, no need for manual on-duty throughout the process, reducing the work intensity of operators and improving operation efficiency.

3.Intelligent Production:

The whole process is monitored by electric eyes for raw material conveying. When insufficient raw materials are detected, the equipment automatically stops and sends a fault alarm to remind operators to supplement raw materials in time, ensuring production continuity and reducing resource waste.
