Water-Based Clay Packing Machine

This fully automatic water-based clay packing machine is suitable for packaging water-based clay of 1~5 ounce specifications. It adopts Taiwan motor, Italian Haitec reducer and a full set of imported electrical appliances, matched with pneumatic components, with stable and reliable operation.

Scope of Application

Used for automatic packaging of water-based clay, it can complete the whole processes of cup body conveying, disinfection, clay filling and capping, with a production capacity of 15 pieces per minute, suitable for large-scale water-based clay production packaging needs.

Production Process

The stainless steel turntable conveys the cup bodies to the conveyor belt, disinfects them through two sets of ultraviolet germicidal lamps, then conveys them to the bottom of the clay hopper to complete accurate filling, and then compacts the cup lids through the capping part, with the whole process completed automatically without manual intervention in the packaging link.

Technical Improvements

1.Hygiene Guarantee:

Two sets of ultraviolet germicidal lamps are installed on the conveying track, which respectively disinfect the cup body before and after clay filling. The double disinfection design kills bacteria and microorganisms on the surface of the cup body, ensures product hygiene and safety, and meets relevant production standards.

2.Precise Quantity Control:

Adopt photoelectric switch to control the clay cutting time, accurately control the amount of clay filled each time by adjusting the induction parameters of the photoelectric switch, ensure the weight of each cup of clay is accurate, improve the consistency of product quality and avoid weight differences.

3.Flexible Adaptability:

Adopt a movable clay cutting tool rest and capping combination, matched with a positioning device to quickly adjust the packaging parameters of different specifications of products. The clay hopper adopts a combined structure, with simple material cleaning, easy color and material change, reducing downtime adjustment time and improving production efficiency.
