This machine is mainly used for the outer layer paper wrapping of crayons. It can automatically complete the processes of gluing, crayon wrapping, label paper assembly and paper wrapping. The conveyor belt pulls the paper through the glue roller to apply glue on the label paper. The adhesive tape transfers the paper to the air outlet. When the crayon and label paper meet on the rear cylinder, the sensor will detect it. The outlet is equipped with a pneumatic positioner to ensure smooth ejection. The rotating iron roller drives the conveyor belt to wrap the paper, ensuring the paper roll is firm, and finally produces standard and uniform crayons.
The whole crayon wrapping machine is made of high-quality materials with special rust prevention treatment, which can usually be used for 15 years, but the market feedback shows that the service life is about 20 years. The mechanical structure can adapt to complex environments such as production workshops without frequent maintenance.
Adopt a quantitative glue roller design, the glue roller cooperates with the anti-static paper feeding belt to extrude a fixed volume of glue and accurately apply it on the label paper, which will not cause the paper roll to fall off due to too little glue, nor cause waste due to too much glue.
The rotating iron roller drives the conveyor belt to wrap the paper, ensuring the paper roll is closely attached to the crayon through stable mechanical force, avoiding the problem of inconsistent tightness during manual paper wrapping and improving packaging firmness.
Because crayons are very easy to scratch, rubber pulleys are used in key contact parts. When crayons enter and exit the equipment, they are transmitted through flexible contact, avoiding scratching the surface of crayons by hard parts and ensuring the product is intact.
The workbench, components and other parts of the crayon wrapping machine that contact with glue are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and other steel components are chrome-plated, with smooth and burr-free surfaces, preventing scratching crayons from the material.
Equipped with Omron sensor and pneumatic positioner to accurately detect the position of crayons and label paper, ensure the label paper is aligned with the crayons, and avoid misalignment during positioning.
Adopt anti-static paper feeding belt, compared with manual work and traditional machinery, the paper will not remain or stick during the conveying process, suitable for most conventional packaging papers.
