Oil Pastel Wrapping Machine (Triangle, Hexagon, Octagon, Round, etc.)

This oil pastel wrapping machine is an independently developed product of our company, which won the 2007 Appearance Design Patent. It is specially designed for automatic label paper pasting of oil pastels of various specifications. It adopts imported stepless speed change motor and a full set of imported electrical appliances, and realizes the coordinated operation of various mechanisms through chain transmission.

Scope of Application

Suitable for the outer layer paper wrapping of oil pastels of various specifications such as triangle, hexagon, octagon and round, with a production capacity of 50-80 pieces per minute. It can automatically complete the whole processes of paper feeding, pen feeding, gluing and paper wrapping, suitable for oil pastel mass production packaging needs.

Production Process

The pen feeding device runs with the label paper, merges and clamps with the oil pastel when passing through the pen loading hopper, evenly applies glue through the gluing part, then with the assistance of guide grooves, guide wheels and brushes, tightly wraps and pastes the label paper on the surface of the oil pastel, and the finished product is sent out by the conveyor belt to ensure the paper wrapping is flat and firm.

3.Durable & Reliable:

Select imported stepless speed change motor and a full set of imported electrical appliances. The motor has overload protection function to avoid damage caused by excessive load. The electrical components have good waterproof and dustproof performance, adapt to the complex environment of the workshop, and reduce equipment failure rate and maintenance costs.
