Staple Packaging Machine

This staple packaging machine is an automated device used to package staples of various specifications. It features a touch screen, an electric eye sensor, a variable-speed staple feed belt, a magazine guide, and a pneumatic cylinder mechanism. The machine measures 420 x 150 x 150 cm, weighs 1500 kg, and draws 1.5 kW of power. It operates on a three-phase 220V/380V power supply and has a production capacity of 25-30 boxes per minute.

The machine operates stably, utilizing a modular design, a full suite of imported electrical appliances, and a PLC control system. It offers simple and quick operation, high production capacity, and efficient staple packaging.

Type:

Fully automatic staple packaging machine + PLC control system + 25-30 boxes/minute

Production Process:

The staples are unloaded via a variable-speed staple feed belt. After being delivered to the designated location, they are pushed to the sides by a pusher mechanism, then broken by a pre-folding plate. The staples are then pushed into the carton packaging and, once packaged, are ejected to the receiving port. The entire process is monitored by a camera, which automatically stops and issues a fault alarm if insufficient material is detected.

Advantages:

  1. Wide range of applications, capable of packaging staples of various specifications;
  2. Comprehensive equipment design, including touch screen and camera sensors, enhances ease of operation and packaging accuracy;
  3. Utilizing a variable-speed feed belt, a full set of imported electrical appliances, and a PLC control system, the machine operates stably;
  4. Fully monitored by a camera, the machine detects problems such as insufficient material and automatically shuts down and issues an alarm, ensuring continuous production.

Operation:

Operation is simple and easy. Workers only need to ensure sufficient raw materials. After simple settings on the touch screen, the machine automatically completes the process of unloading, pushing, pressing, packaging, and collecting, requiring no manual intervention.
